You said 98 days, mine are about 90 days old now and still about 2-3" tall and not more than 10 leaves on the plants, I have about 10 of them mean while my tomatoes grown with the same type of soil is about 10ft tall with plenty of fruits. Bear in mind these plants are in different containers.
