Very nice video. Thankz... Spinach and kale are superfoods and, when grown conventionally, are two of the most highly sprayed crops. Very toxic! That's why it is important to get organic spinach and kale, or grow them yourself.
Note: We can grow 70 plants in a 4-square-foot area - with built-in composting!
