i planted yukon gold potatoes and they are smaller than what they should be average size of what i got are about the size of a gold ball are they safe to eat ?

I didn't notice, but how many eyes do you want per piece? I have never seen them being cut in even pieces before. I hope this worked but the eyes are supposed to be pointed up. Thanks for showing how you do it. Oh by the way did you do a video of the progress of them growing? I looked but didn't see it. It would be awesome if you could post a link. Thanks Janice
