It's supposed to get down to 24 degrees this coming Friday and Saturday and I'm hoping my mustard greens, kale, carrots and broccoli survive. Most of my mustard is in a small area and I'm gonna try to cover it with a thick blanket and grass clippings we've got piled up from mowing the yard all Summer. For months we've had a drought and now it's flooding before the freeze. Crazy weather...

I've been told that you should never eat leftover mustard greens because of some toxic chemical that forms. I found a link that might explain it: https://www.healthtap.com/topics/toxins-from-reheating-cooked-green-vegetables

inspired by you video we grew this mustard. It grew very well. used one in curry, very good. cooked some with bacon, wine and garlic and the dish was very bitter. any ideas on how to cook to be less better? also some plants have slightly furry leaves, like a radish, and some have smooth. Same exact plant, size, color, taste. is that typical?
