Just one quick Q: After I have inoculated the totems using the method in this video, and placed them into the black garbage bags on a raised surface, HOW OFTEN DO I WATER THEM? DO I WANT TO HAVE SOME STANDING WATER IN THE BAG? Thank you SO VERY MUCH!

but after 3 months of inoculation, is the mushroom can harvested every day from one log, or just can be harvested every week, or maybe every month? and how much the average weight of mushroom from one log?
