This is an easy method to grow microgreens indoors. You can use any type of containers, even "to go" containers from restaurants. Please note that I meant to grow these arugula as microgreens and not leafy greens. That is why I do not expose them to light so they can grow tall. if you plant them and harvest them how can you get them to propagate because i dont want to plant more seeds then its not infinite how to get it to be an infinite source?

A good idea is to put tissue between the soil and the seeds for a real clean harvest. The new seedlings will grow right through the tissue paper separating them from the dirt.
