Here's a quick video of us growing edible lettuce in a bag of miracle grow soil from the hardware store. Its easy and very rewarding. Clean and weedless....try it!!

Awesome idea but no but I probable should as they all say it's good for you.
try to trim the leaves and not stalk and it should last longer.
