Question---Will Dinosaur kale/curly leaf kale come back next year, or do I have to replant??
Thanks. -
Your Kale is looking so nice. I really like the idea of the sugarcane mulch, looks neat and effective and I am sure conserves water as well. I need to grow more Kale, love them in my smoothies. How do you eat your Kale? Salads or any other way you prepare them? Thanks a lot for the video, I am sure it will inspire a lot of us to grow more Kale!

Surprised how much I liked this video mate. I already grow Kale - so I was impressed you could give me some extra information.

That's some beautiful compost, Mark!

I love kale too, never tried it lacto fermented, I'll try it this year, thanks Mark!
Enjoyed the bloopers :D -
I really miss kale through summer. I've never tried to ferment it though. Have you ever grown collards Mark? I stareted growing them 2 years ago and rate them highly for our climate. Very productive and tasty vegie. Like kale it's a pick and come again vegie but makes much larger leaves that taste a bit like cabbage but not quite so strong. Thanks for sharing mate.

Really enjoyed the video Mark. Never thought of putting Kale in salads though, I've always cooked it before using it. Do you strip out the central stem or are you using it young for salads? Cheers mate, and all the best.

Great video. Thank you for sharing all the information. What is your metal container made of? Really nice.

Planting quail might not be so bad... think of the money you'd save on dynamic lifter :-)

I could really use some of that mulch.

Kale is one of my favourite things to grow in the aquaponics.. My italian might be a bit rusty, but I'm fairly sure tuscano nero translates to black tuscan....
-
I also love how you are into all sorts of plants and not just the general veg.

Enjoyed very much!!

Compost soil still needs its organic manure like chickens, ducks, horse, and rabbits. I have seen some people only put compost in and do fine.

Great video Mark! I love kale, i hide it in chicken soup. Put the kale in at the end and put through blender little ones don't even know its there! As always video is very simple and easy understand. Well for me anyway LOL
