Keep a close eye over your soil and plants, to ensure there are no pests/ webs and that the soil is kept most but not constantly wet. Hi JJ - I have never grown hibiscus, they are lovely tropical flowers - yours are beautiful. Sound like it all has to be very well balanced. Looks like you have it down!

Thanks for the comment NWI, I am also more on the veggie side, however I have started to perceive the value and beauty of flowers and flowering plants. I have taken some cutting,s which seem to do very well compared to others, almost as good as tomatoes in some cases believe it or not. I have saved some seeds, and hope to grow some soon. Maybe a great video idea! Thank you for the comment!

Great looking plant you have.I do want to plant some Hibiscus seed this fall. An old florist told me that's the best way to do it. I will find out if he is right. How do you start your seed? I am more of a veggie guy. Don't have any experience with flowers.
