What are the "heat bins?" Are they basically compost bins?

Interesting audio . . . it sounds like several echos going on !
You shouldn't have any trouble with cool weather veggies , but the others will be tough to accommodate . Unless the ground is insulated from the outside, merely having adequate 'air temperature' may not be enough to keep the roots 'happy' .
I ran a greenhouse for a few years where winters would have spells of - 30 degrees F. ; I gave up on tomatoes around New Year's . . . since they stop growing @ 42 degrees 'root temperature'. * There are a lot of ways to stretch the season though !
If you can manage to put some foam insulation around the perimeter of the greenhouse, it will help a lot . . . a solid wall on the NORTH side would help too . . .insulate the north wall & paint it white to reflect the weak winter sun for best effect.
Good luck with your growing ! ;) ( I would have subbed sooner, had I known )
