thank you. The basic part I was looking for was the "letting them go" part. I was wondering if it was ok to let them hang over the side of the pot, or if they need to be supported. I'm surprised that people looking up a gardening video can seem to be so full of anger, hate, and venom.

Well since she says she doesn't mind the deer and other animals eating her hard work and money that she's putting into this, then I guess I'll keep my tip for keeping them away to myself. And NO...it doesn't involve killing the animals either.

I have really enjoyed your videos. I'm thinking that I might try to grow some strawberries in an old greenhouse we have to avoid competing with the animals. I've been growing in containers. Since strawberries put out runners, I guess I might try a long shallow container.
