Is it true delphiniums, are not supposed to flower the first year?
Otherwise they would tend to flower themselves to death putting all the energy
into the flower instead of the stalk? -
Wow, your delphiniums are stellar!

I am always so impressed with Blackmore & Langdon's exhibit at Chelsea. Last year I ordered some delphiniums at the show and they were delivered in September last year. They are now gowing well in my garden ready to flower this summer. Looking forward to seeing the Blackmore & Langdon's exhibit at Chelsea in 2013 and seeing your excellent delphiniums growing in my garden.
