Cynoglossum amabile
QUESTION: I am from zone 6A.If they do no flower 1st year and die in winter. Is that mean I will never see my plant flower? I bought a seed packet yesterday and all it says is annual on it. I am confuse now. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks.
