If you cut them out, does a new one grow in it's place?

Another gorgeous attraction that will add to our garden is the tulip flowers. With the big help of this video, we are now knowledgeable on how to care such plant after blooming. But I guess we have to be cautious about fertilizing tulips immediately after flowering because doing so can prone your plant into disease.

I just received a tulip plant for valentine's day. I live in Florida and she is blooming beautifully. I have watched several of your video's and you say to let the green leaves die down to nothing and then place the bulb's in the freezer since we are in a warmer climate. Should I do this even if my plant is an indoor plant? she isn't planted outside but in a pot. Should I place compost into my plant if i am to replant her? (sorry i'm very new to gardening)

Do the Tulip Bulbs Burn out after the first year? should I keep planting more bulbs to keep them looking good in my garden? Please answer this post if you know the answer, I'm new to bulbs.
