I am making bean flour from beans. I have read that you must soak them and then redehydrate them to do so. Then I read an article stating that beans do not need to be soaked but cooked on the stovetop first then dehydrated. You seemed to know what you were talking about so I decided to ask your opinion of the best method. Thanks so much.
