FREE AZALEAS FROM CUTTINGS
Tips, Tricks
The important things on growing new plants from Azalea cuttings is picking the right part of the plant to use. New Azalea plants are easy to grow. The only Azaleas that is hard to grow from cuttings are the ones that have tiny leaves and flowers and it is hard to get the shorter new growth to make roots. I know because I have tried several times with no success.

Can I use this same information for roses?

I think I will try this . I had a number of the Northern Lights Azaleas and over the years have lost them all except for one large Pink Lights plant a beautiful thing when it blooms and you can smell it all over the property . I would hate to lose it. Mine won't bloom for a week or two yet.

Ahhhhh, good to know. My brother is getting ready to dig up my mother's azaleas to throw away. She's no longer with us, and now I'll be able to get some cuttings from it. Thanks so much for the information. Take care.
