Hi,
You mention you will post some links,
Where are the links for the video showing making the starter mix? -
To keep it simple, I purchased tomatoes in a 6 pak. Should I transplant into a cup so they can grow more or can I go ahead and plant? They are about 4-5" tall.

I have a question...I'm totally new in starting growing my own tomatoes...which I did before I found your videos.
But the thing is I planted all of my seeds at once in a recycled milk carton package. What will happen ?Are there any chances that tomatoes will grow or should I just start over ? -
Mine are really skinny and tall with only 2 leafs. Should I wait to transplant or transplant now? Do you want a picture them for visual purposes? Thanks.

Hello Gary,
I have designed a seed spacing device for home gardeners and produced it. Is there a way I could show it to you so you could give me your opinion on it? I am sure you will find it very interesting. It will eliminate the need to thin seedlings and speed up the planting of flats. I have produced the first ones and I would like a gardeners opinion.
Thank you

I just planted seeds. Could you tell me how often should I water?

I find it easier to sprout all my seeds in between coffee filters that I place in a ziploc baggie. It's easier to keep them warm, and when they sprout I can carefully prick them out of the paper & plant into the soil. That way I'm not waiting on empty pots to sprout, I KNOW for sure that there is a sprout in there. I felt that I wasted a lot of potting soil waiting on things to sprout. I found it would be sporadic, one of those little cell-packs like yours, I would have every second one sprout, then 2 in some cells, then empty cells. It works really well, I do all my tomatoes & peppers that way. Good video! :)

Aloha gary and other gardeners as well, you make the cell press down pack firmly half then putmore cover then put the seed 1/4 down and cover loosely, then you when soak in water for roughly 30 45 minutes then you when take out, now you check for water if needed about 2 days then if need water cause dry you put cell nack in water and let it soak for anoth 30 to45 minutes you do this process till theseeds sprout, now when the seed are showing when do you start to fertilizing and stop adding water before you transplant to bucket thank for all you do like I said, only 2 gardeners I seek answers from #1 is you and #2 is the asiangarden2table you both are the best in explaining all needed to grow your own veggies I just luv going to the university of you tube college every day and the best part its free, free to learn, aloha from the island of oahu hawaik, pearl city, pacific palisades 96782 way up mountain minute drive to forest line lucky we live hawaii aloha

Hi Gary. I was wondering how you bottom water if you start tomatoes directly into Styrofoam cups. I am only going to have maybe 10 tomato plants (small space) and won't go through the bother of transplanting from seed cells. Thanks!
