Today learn how to plant perennial clover and chicory. Kyle is trying a new method of mixing the clover and chicory with fertilizer to help prevent overuse or waste. By mixing the two together he was able to make several passes ensuring the area was covered. Clover and Chicory are small seeds and it's very easy to spread too heavy. Is it bad to put it on thick? Not necessarily, but if your on a budget and want the most out of your bag and the area it is supposed to cover this may be the ticket for you. Side Note: It is imperative to do a PH Soil Test before planting. In this case Kyle's test results showed 6-24-24 fertilizer would be best for his application.
