Fish raising in tarpaulin lining pond

The tarpaulin lining pond is designed to store water for vegetable growing. But farmers also use the pond for fish raising - this means that the pond is multi-purpose uses (Not only vegetable growing, but also fish raising). Farmers experienced shortage of water for vegetable growing in the drier months, but they could plant another cycle of vegetable production after installing the tarpaulin lining pond.
