The path may at first glance be unclear but after the first try you have probably figured it out. The problem with this level is that the tower have trouble reaching the enemies. Normal Eskimos provides the range but are bad when the waves grow larger. Splash Eskimos tackle large groups of enemies but are bad against ghosts and bosses. There are a number of ways to complete this track. I'll teach you one of them in text and in the video. On the first wave, place two-three normal Eskimos at the center bottom of the game field. They will take out the first ghost easy. The second wave will be taken down just as easy. On the third wave, be quick and upgrade on of your Eskimos when you have the money, and that wave (and the next) will be easy. On wave 7 and forward, try to create some splash Eskimos, preferably early on in the path. Feel free to combine with a snowman for extra effect. This will keep you going until level 20 something. Here you need to focus on normal Eskimos or Air Towers as there are some flying coming at that point. Don't build to many Air Towers as this will be bad for you in the long run. This since Air Towers only shoot flying. Build more normal Eskimos at the end to be able to beat the last boss.
