Btw, I would like some help. My city has grown so much and is quite large, and as such I'm running into unemployment in some of the major apartment buildings, however I check my RCI and all it wants is more residential (which will cause more unemployment) and High tech industry, however I can not build enough high tech industry to meet the RCI demand, I am also running out of desirable land for high tech, and high tech is so quirky I can't use it to fix my unemployment issues. HELP!!!

also water towers are slightly more expensive than a pump. to its roughly 450$ to get the 20,000 liters of water that you would get for with a pump

cemeteries reduce pollution btw.

My buildings keeps changing from $$$ to $$ and $$ to $ (residential and commercial zones). Also, my Sims are having problems getting a job, a symbol of a case over their houses is appearing. How can I fix this? do you have a video talking about it?

What do you do to deal with the traffic problems? I usually build avenues interlaced with roads and other avenues in a (I think) 6x9 grid. I then subdivide the grid with additional roads, avenues, rails, highways etc as needed and that seems to work fairly well. But your roads and such do not line up and seem to have bottlenecks between your R, C and I zones. How do you do it?
