Dragon Age Inquisition - Top 10 Inquisition Perks! Tips and Tricks Guide!
Tips, Tricks
You asked for it. You got it! Top 10 Perks to unlock in Dragon Age Inquisition! It's important to note that by the time you beat the game, you probably will only have about 12 perk points spent. So within those 12 or so points, it's recommended that you get the most out of them and unlock the most useful perks you can. Most perks have some prerequisite like unlocking a previous tier, spending a certain number of points in that category first, or doing something in game, before you have access to acquire the perk. One thing players may be tempted to do, but is a big mistake, is spend points in a category on perks they don't want, so they meet the requirements of points spent to get the perk they do want. Rather than waste points, the better idea is to search far and wide and acquire more agents for the inquisition! By recruiting agents, they count as a point in the category for whatever their talent is. So for example, you may recruit an agent who joins the Forces of the Inquisition, and that counts as a point in the Forces category! So instead of wasting points, find agents and then once you have enough of them, you can unlock the perk you want! My Top 10 Inquisition Perks 10. No knowledge ones? I have all of them :D
-
"Tackle the toughest and most ingenious locking mechanisms." Yeah, and I still get stopped from not having a god damn key.
-
Saw this video and said "I need to start a new game sigh"
anyone else? -
I realize this an old video, but recently decided to play this again (never got out of the hinterlands my first play through) but how do you know which agent belongs to which category? or is it subtle clue's? like the one I got recently is a smuggler, so would it be safe to assume she belongs to secrets? and shopkeepers belong to connections? fighters to forces?

earliest forts are in fallow mire, stprm coast, and hinterlands

Well we all have diffrent prefs i guess but i just feel that more capacity is just a waste of perks. Its not that hard to just jump to a sell point and once you have the gear you need for a long time you dont carry much at all in your inventory after a sell point. And more potions is also a waste unless you are on the absolut hardest lvl. Or have a really shitty team but that is something you can correct. But hey like i said we all have diffrent prefs.

No matter what you do, those damn dragons make your stupid AI companions burn through healing potions
-
I can keep money because I know a glitch so I don't need the item capacity perks
-
I love this game, any other ps4 games you would suggest?
-
I'm level 12 and have an 8 healing potion capacity. Opps. Wish there was a way to reset your perks.
-
I like the optimal cutting perk, I am a grenade whore so getting 4 out of 1 plant is a blessing.
-
I am sorry to say that but, generally, the only good companions are:Cassandra,Varric and Blackwell.
That was a poor planing.
I liked the mabari war hound,Sten,Merill and Anders so much more than the rest of the dragon age 3 companions that i have not mentioned.
Also,Cole?
What is that?An attempt of a Fenris "variation"? -
hey, I am on a mission if anyone is intrested in sharing how they would do it, please reply.
Anyways, I am trying to craft a rather special class. A rogue that can somewhat cover the warrior role. for instance, hold agro and just dodge them left and right -
I wish I had seen this video first before I got started and got to where I am at. Thanks for the video now I know what to do.
-
I wish I would have seen this before I placed so many. Is there any way to reset perks?
-
Forward Scouts is a poor perk. This adds additional point-of-interest and "X" marks on your map. You don't
need this perk in order to complete any of the landmark quests, and this perk
does not add any additional warp points. Only get it if you like the flavor. -
my preferred perk is the massache's method
more exp for combat. makes killing dragons and other bosses much more rewording -
i'm not sure the short list is that interesting: glanced quickly in DAI wiki and it seems the stuff it gives you can be found many times in the game. Josephine's sales on the other hand gives you access to the best armor schematics in hissing plains.
And for the scout ability, you can always save the point and look out for the locations on internet.
the first perks of each category also gives you extra dialogues and increase the xp for all your codex entries, even the ones you already got i think -
Hmm. I passed on The Short List and went for the schematics under forces. Instead of buying gear, I found it much more cost effective to let Leliana's new agents bring gear from their previous employers for the rare schematics, then focused on crafting rather than buying gear straight up.
It also saved me from the 5 point in that category requirement, so I had a few extra perks to spend elsewhere, which I put into acquiring knowledge, specifically Sterling Reputation (+10% more money for items sold to vendors under connections, Enhanced studies under secrets for +50% more xp for each foe studied [retroactive], and Nobility Knowledge back under connections for +50% XP for codex entries and opening up dialog options).
And of course maxing out the inquisition tree for that extra skill point is a must lol.
