Very helpful guide. I've seen pros do it, but you gave some more insight.
Also, i don't mean to be mean, but you should probably work a bit on your pronunciation, it sounds as if you were talking through clenched teeth. You also sound like a snake (downwardsssss, marchessss, campsss, sssstack).
