Spectre might not be the best jungler, I do however think that Spectre jungle can be viable if you are up against a tri lane you can not contest :D Hope you enjoyed the video! This doesen't work. I tried multiple times but no matter where you stand on those ward spots jungle creeps are always able to attack you
