And, you must kill Chiltara, and will eventually drop Gibbering Gemstone. http://diablo.wikia.com/wiki/Gibbering_Gemstone Liquid Rainbow can be found inside mysterious chest by going to Path To The Oasis Waypoint and look for Zaven the Alchemist. Then enter inside the mysterious cave. http://diablo.wikia.com/wiki/Liquid_Rainbow Once you craft Staff of Herding, head to Act 1 and make waypoint to The Old Ruins, talk to Ghost of the Cow King, and you'll be able to enter Whimsyshire. Find and kill Super Awesome Sparkle Cake and will eventually drop Spectrum. Find and destroy Piñata, and will eventually drop The Horadric Hamburger.
