Act 1 Start - 0:05 Go to Festering Woods and do crypt of the ancients and warriors rest. There should usually be at least one elite or event as well. Once you have 3 stacks go to Fields of Misery to find the Key Warden. You should be able to find 2 elites/events pretty easily while looking for the key warden. Act 2 Start - 5:35 Take "path to the oasis" way point and start searching for the key warden. There are more then 5 elites/events in the zone without needing to enter either of the caves. You can also get a quick NV stack from "swampy cellar" and "fisherman's cellar" if they spawn in your game. Act 3 Start - 12:30 Take the "Tower of the Damned" way point and do one loop around the first floor, you should get 1-3 elites here. Next take the way point to Keep Depths 3. You should get a quick 1-2 elite packs here. Maximus. It's a 2H legendary sword that has a high chance of proc'ing a demon minion.

The normal Nat gives you +20 discipline while the Legacy Nat regenerates 2 discipline every second. With the right build this pretty much means infinite discipline.

I don't have the gear from that video anymore. The benefit of legacy Nats is the 4piece set bonus, which gives +2 disc/second. The new set gives +20 disc, but doesn't increase the regeneration rate.
