same as with the hellfirering in my opinion. To much RNG on top of RNG, people will farm it for some time, till they realize that getting a decent amulett requires an unhealthy ammount of playing, you probably will need around 50-100 amulets to get a really decent one, since you have no controll over the passive that drops, and many passives are sadly close to useless, and then you might get teh right passive eventually, but the other stats are garbage ... a good idea by blizzard, but in the end, another item with a lot of potential for frustration.

All keywardens have a chance to drop other keys in addition to the ones that they normally drop.
It is not restricted to the Act 4 keywarden. -
