can you make the staff in ROS vertion of D3?

been trying to farm this for about 6 hours now, no gem doing on torment 3 for higher drop rates and nothing probably over 100 kills :(

well its kinda a bad guide considering it doesn't show the boss that drops the gem or guy you need to find for liquid rainbow but that my opinon

done this like 50 times and the shitt dont droop wtf!!!!!

Can you do these runs in Adventure mode or does it have to be campaign

When i get the right cave for the gibbering gemstone, i kill that boss and than it drops a frozen blood and i have like 5 already -.- i probs reset over100 times. Is there another way?
