Thank you for the Video. :)

Hi, thanks for the video, nicely done and explained but I have a question off topic, in your buff bar there is a icon with 100 stack on it what is that?
-
good video, thank you

So i have a shrouded mask, and i'm trying to augment it but it isn't showing up in Caldesanns despair? Any help would be appreciated.

Whats ur build ?

How do you acquire more than ONE of a single Legendary Gem and still have them able to be leveled up? That is, how can I have 13 'bane of the trapped' (or whatever) gems in my stash? It isn't clear how you do that from your video.

That inventory makes me want to punch a baby.....

Start at T2 for level 0 gems and work your way up by 4GR levels which will give you 100% upgrade chance. This way you don't waste excess gold and time.

hey man I have a yangs recurve ancient which i socketed + rolled attack speed any reason why i cant augment it?
-
Your 1350 paragon level is wrong 13×50 is only gonna give you equivalent to a 650 paragon levels
-
Can u add 60+ rank gem for even more dex? or 59 is the limit?
-
very well put together video +1
-
great schedule at the end of the video, I have started lvl65 gems for my DH, it make quite a "big" difference with only 2 gems

This change is stupid. I know that D3 is a loot hamsterwheel, but adding such a timesink isn't a change for good.

Good video looks like you put some time into understanding the topic before talking about it unlike many youtubers.
My question is: Is there a point at which your characters power from the main stat plateaus? If there is a point of diminishing returns then perhaps the main stat of the original gear should be re-rolled to something more beneficial.
I really like this Augmenting feature but I would much prefer it to be used to hand pick the entire stats for every piece of gear instead of just an add-on. -
I found the best gems to use for augmenting are gems you might use for optional builds. this lets you test those builds with the gems, instead of just having a dead gem.
to conserve gold, set the level of the empowered rift to +13 lvls higher than your gem. this will make sure you have 100% chance to upgrade the gem, while keeping the gold costs minimal. Also, lower GR's will be completed faster, so leveling gems will be faster. Empowered rifts are cheap at lower levels, so I didn't use the +13 til after GR 40 (gem lvl 25-30). Of course lower the GR if +13 is too difficult, or slow. -
Why are you chewing gum? wtf

Not sure I like this feature.

Quick note, most people want to get 10 gems upgraded and focus on those. The probability of getting an amulet + 2 rings with rolls for a class and ancient on top of those rolls is too small to consider it in the gem upgrades. It's better to focus on the main 10 items and if you happen to get a HF amulet that's ancient with +elemental damage/CHC/CHD (good percentages) then you can do the extras but it's a waste of time to focus on those 3 slots.

So I'm a console player, I absolutely love your videos. I've watched almost all of them. They're super informative and it helps me plan builds for console even though it's not exactly the same. I have a barb i'm running leapquake on, looking for a monk build, dh build, and witch doctor i'm trying to run a jade harvester or carn evil. Any advice? I really enjoy trying my hand at grifts however I can only solo like 30.... \:
