For Helium Filaments, I don't know if you've already got a farming spot or not, but I ran around the Hellmouth on my Hunter with Keen Sense on and I got the Filaments in about an hour and a half. There's probably a zoning spot near the patrol start and the bit to the right where you go on the first mission toward the Temple of Crota though :)
