3. lol I just run around with nightstalker hunter and got 150 spin metal in 5 minutes
4. Or just buy it from the vanguard. 20 spin metal for 10 legendary marks.

8. I just found over 200 in 1 hour, simply by Using keen scout, wich Marks chests and spinmetal on the map, then when i got most things, i went to orbit and came back, so much of it respawns!

I found it way better to get a ghost that has a spin metal sensor(I bought one from the speaker temporarily, light was hella low but that doesn't matter you just need the sensor) then use a sniper. When you zoom with the sniper it will show all the spin metal spawns in your area. I drove back and forth from patrol spawn to mothyards. Gathered over 100 in an hour.
