More tips: http://empressofdirt.net/delphiniums-bloom-twice/ Delphiniums are a favorite flowering perennial for many gardeners because of their tall, gorgeous flowers. They are several colors available, including white, mauve, pink, and light blue, but the classic favourites are the dark blues and purples. These cold-climate plants are suitable for USDA zones 3-7. Zone 5 seems to be the sweet spot. If you want to grow delphiniums from seed, the best tip I have is to first soak the seeds in damp paper towel and place them in the fridge for a few days. This will dramatically increase the germination rate (how many sprout). Sorry for the typo! I noticed it in the video after I uploaded.
