UPDATE THREE: Patch 2.2 changed up the location of one of the keywardens. Nekarat has been moved from Silver Spire Level 1 to Gardens of Hope 2nd Tier UPDATE TWO: Due to a hotfix added on Sept 9th 2014, hellfire organ drop rates are slightly out of date. Key droprates are believed to be the same as listed in the video. For organs: While exact numbers are unsure, it is believed the drop rate starts at 50% at Torment 2 and increases from there. Organs have a 100% drop rate on Torment 6. UPDATE: If you need to know where to use the infernal machines, destroy the door behind Brother Malachi in Act I New Tristram. If you need to see where, you can follow this link to the old video: http://youtu.be/6zej3FWPmyw?t=25s This is my new guide for the updated Hellfire Ring and newly added (as of patch 2.1.0) Hellfire Amulet.
