If you leave it covered with something while frost is advised, will it survive in ground? Here in TUCSON we get frost occasionally. Everyone has it in containers in youtube, why?

Hi, We absolutely love your videos and have learned a lot from it. Thanks for doing all these videos.
We have our Curry leave fruit ripening now. We will sow some of these seeds as few of our friend want curry leave plants. But what's the best way to store the extra seeds. Should we store them with the fruit pulp on or remove the seed from the fruit and then store it. -
Great video, thanks! :) Should I use the leaves fresh for curry or must I dry them first?

I live in Boston. I had 4 curry leaf plants and 3 of them died last winter and I have only one now. Even that is just straight stem about 15" long. The leaves have some black powdery residue on that. Is this some kind of problem. Cool weather is approaching here and I don't want loose this plant also. Is there anything that I can do to keep this plant safe.
Thanks
