you want a good grow then start out with something like fox farms happy frog soil, this will keep you from having to worry about plant food for most of your plants life. then all you will need is to give them a little magnesium every other watering and some bloom buster of tiger bloom to boost your bud production and dont forget to get some potassium like general hydroponics Armor Si liquid potassium. great stuff

if your leaves are looking like a canoe or eagle claws and are curling down and turning a dark green then you have nitrogen toxicity, flush your plants with a couple of gallons of 6.5 PH water and cut down on the nitrogen plant food. if these are into the flowering phase then get something like fox farms tiger bloom and some potassium. I always give my plants about a quarter teaspoon of potassium every other watering and quarter strength fox farms with every watering and my ww loves it. if your leaves start turning up or the edges curl up like its starting to look like a taco then you need to give them magnesium.

dude your leaves are curling down like eagle claws not curling up, you tell someone they are curling up and you may get a misdiagnosis.

I am having the same problem I had a plant in hydro that that I ended up transplanting into soil now I'm seeing the same curling going on at the top of the plant

I know this is an old video, but just to help someone who just came hear for answers, this is a classic case of Nitrogen toxicity. I can't see the color of the plants because of the HPS, but the claw is a dead giveaway. Could be giving it too much water also. Those plants are well into flower, and after the ''stretch'' period is over, they need very little nitrogen.

Not necessarily over watering but almost definitely bad drainage! Do not pat your soil in tight. Loose is the key if ya level drops top it up .

Remove some topsoil ez try saved my plant.ez water treat em like strippers.

Too much water. You should water about every 3-4 days. A lot of people make the mistake of watering to early just because the top of the soild is dry. Curling can be caused for lots of reason though, thats just the most common. Nice grow set up.
