This is my backyard clover experiment. To cut down on the mowing at our new place I planted most of the back yard in clover instead of grass. It looks great and doesn't need mowing nearly as often as grass. In fact, if I could get rid of the weeds I wouldn't have to mow it at all. You Tube would not accept my high quality video file for some reason, so I had to compress it down quite a bit and the resulting video quality isn't nearly as good. Sorry about that, I tried. Let me know what you think.

all the parks in my neighborhood have huge clover fields, they are in bloom right. it's really beautiful

i am adding white clover to my lawn to try to imorove the soil and eventualy get better grass from what i have read its a great source of nitrogen and i wont add chemicals so this seems like a good alternative.

Looks great! Even a small percentage added to a grass seed mix works well in feeding the overall lawn. Clover used to be added to most grass seed mixes back in the day.

Nice effort. You should maybe mow it a bit closer? Maybe a 5050 mix with grass might be better.
