The thing is, the attackers on the enemy team are stupid. Also, if you forget to lure the cc troops at lower levels, you will never get the 3 star. Its that simple. Attack strategies are almost impossible at th5 and below due to lack of variety,space,and level. Once you are at th6, then you have to play smart.

So my th5 is nearly maxed out. However my cc is full and my clan war is about to end and my gold storage is full. The only thing that will eat up my gold enough is upgrading the townhall. So what should I do? Btw the only buildings needs to be upgraded are the pumps and mines

In one of our wars a much higher base than mine attacked my base with barbs, Wizards, and archers, but I had a single valkerie in my clan castle... First he put down the barbs (all in one spot), vaporized. Next, the archers... Vaporized. Then finally the Wizards, and once again instantly killed. He got 0% and the attack lasted 14 seconds
