It would have been interesting to see where they get their hens from. Maybe you guys could do an update. In the United States many in the egg industry have their own hatcheries, and since they are only interested in the females, the little male chickies are quickly disposed of ... typically by throwing them into a grinder while still alive. Pretty shocking what can go on behind the scenes of a nice-looking farm like this. Although, I have to say, this guy really takes care of his hens. This was interesting.
