yeah its not 100% that you will get a legendary because I killed one and didn't get a legendary :(
I only got a chubby, and I had to try it around 20 times to get it to spawn, and it dropped a shitty purple shield :/
ive been having some luck in wildlife exploitation preserve, because you run past quite a few stalkers and skags, plus with doctors orders you can farm loot midgets in the boxes, my luckiest runs where when i got 2 tubby skags in one run
