The mantis with a good pick and high damage gets a lot more metal than an anky.

Weigth Bug is fixed now. Platform dino now gets 20% (as of patchnotes, 33% as of testing) of the dinos/persons on the ramp.

Tiny problem about 2 month after vid published here. The bug is fixed :( Dinos now take 20% of the weight on their platform

I love this glitch but it should be nerfed down a little not taken out as metal grinding takes for fucking ever without this no matter what you try

How do you get the foundations so far to the side of he platform??

I already knew about the whipping and this is how quetzals worked aswell didnt know this was the case for paracers though tyvm!

Nice video. Too bad to get a decent level Anky or Paracer, It literally takes half a day to tame on Veggies at default rates. I kinda wished that the Devs did SE a bit differently. The lack of a kibble-equivalent imo dosen't make the game harder but just more time-consuming.

yes this is the best way to get metal, but not when you are going up at the mountains, a lot of times golems block your path and a bunch load of predators up there, since there is no kibbles for parecer in scortch earth, it takes a whole 12 hours or more to tame a 120 parecer,we just use the high level mantis to collect metal and have them Gloster the green obby canyons, the canyons near green obby has the biggest metal nodes and is less dangerous

It also helps a lot to have a fully imprinted paraceratherium, as they get more movement speed at maturation and get more per level-up.
Edit: If you imprint one 100% then it starts at 120% speed instead of 100%, and it gets 3.6% or more(forgot) per level up instead of 3%, and so with 60 level ups in speed they can get to 336% or more instead of 280%. -
