where do you get your sunflower molds from?

I made mine and they came out of the molds nicely and they look great ! I only have one question though. mine were soft, I could nick it with my nail. I had to be very careful with placing them away in boxes. was yours like that ? soft at first ? should I wait for it to cure ?
