I have limited space and my only option is to grow indoors. Do you think I would I be able to grow a plant large enough to harvest from? In other words, would it be impractical to use a plant, let's say no larger than a basketball? That would be about as big as I could go. I want to use the plant for personal consumption as opposed to buying supplements in other forms at stores and I'm concerned that only large plants might be suited for harvesting. And would harvesting also be a means to restricting the size of the plant, or will it have to get larger and be re-potted regardless? Ideally, I would like to "contain" it. Your video is concise, but quite informative. Thank you.

Can you please comment on fertilizing aloes? like what NPK ratio to use, i've read many online guide however, they all give contradicting information, do you have any experience on this area?

Thank you very much, Ms. Peach for your questions. First of all, yes, there are many types of Aloe, but if yours is similar to mine it should like mostly sun. However, if you find that you are having some issues, perhaps partial shade (afternoon shade) might do better. When I first started, I would put the aloe plants I inherited on the northeast side of my home so that it would get most of the morning sun and then by afternoon it would be shaded out. They seemed to like that a lot.

You said in your video that the Aloe like sun, I can't put my bigger plant or the pups in full sun for too long or they start to turn brown(ish) and start going soft.. Are there different kinds of Aloe? I've had my "mumma" plant for about 3years and she prefers the bright little window on the north side of the house with no direct sun.. ever.. :/
