hello i'm french, sorry for my bad english but i have a problem, i met a seed on large crop plot with fertillizer and its irrigated but the seed isn't push on the plot😕 please reply, bye

Ok so I need help I'm doing everything you told me to do but my plants won't grow because the water is at 599 and it's supposed to be at 600 and I broke it and replanted and it's still not doing anything can you help me please
