Amazing, grow in soil or coco coir at the speed of hydroponics.
Tips, Tricks
http://modularhydro.com Wayne at modularhydro.com explains that a large container or bucket for growing in soil or coco coir is not necessary. With Air Injection Technology, New generation we show you the root mass that was grown in a two gallon Hydro Soil bucket. No balling of roots and you will grow at the speed of hydroponics in your favorite soil.

Root mass?? LoL!!! I can barely see any roots! I can get more roots than that, if there were a lot of roots in there, the soil wouldn't fall away as easily as it did. Fail!

hi wayne, it was pleasure watching your videos of dwc with AIT, i have a small question, can we grow vegetables with this system of yours? thanks for listening.
-
horrible horrible horrible !
-
it looks like the root ball is at the top
-
What kind of yield did you get from this particular plant??? It looks like an interesting process.

i put ur company on my group page i have on facebook i have no problem advertising ur company if u could send me any kind of free samples or anything i would be greatly appreciated if not its cool i will still advertise ur company just let me know if u could help me out in an way thank you my group is https://www.facebook.com/groups/1103101813050983/

this guy is an effin moron! clearly doesn't know shit about plants, maybe tryna "invent" some more shit garbage that don't work and people don't need!!
-
That root system looks fucking PATHETIC!
-
Dear Bob. Look at the roots in the video.

Too much air like that kills the roots. That's how smart pots "air prune" the roots. That's why your roots are coming out of the top, they wouldn't survive if they grew downward. In fact they did grow down just didn't survive. So your little air injection system is actually killing the roots.
Sorry..I promise I'm not trying to be a dick. I like the idea but I came to that conclusion before seeing your video, your video simply confirmed it honestly.
I just don't want people getting the wrong impression just because you're trying to sell them something..
I hope you don't delete this comment as its not inflammatory, no cussing, no hostility etc.
You can't sell a product that doesn't work it just won't sell in the end, man..
I'd suggest trying again only over watering a little more this time, and also try the same system just with a lot less air, and also on a timer.
I think this system might actually work if it was on a timer set to run for a few hours right after watering -
The promise of this design seems quite plausible. However, your claim needs supporting data. The visual of the root system for one plant is insufficient and lacks a control for comparison.
I suggest growing two plants, both from the same mother, put one in DWC, and the other in coco with your apparatus. Use the same nutrients, same amount/quality of light, have them in an area where the humidity and temperature are constant and controlled, and at the end of a predetermined amount of time weigh the biomass of both plants. Weigh their root mass and above ground mass separately for an additional means of comparison, first weigh the entire plant, then the two pieces separated. All the coco must be removed from the one plants rhizosphere to ensure the only mass accounted for is of the plant. Compare, conclude, report.
Sound idea, needs more quantitative backing evidence though, don't quit now, and thanks for the share. -
how much whater in the growing proces
sorry for my english -
Hello. Do you have a link to the type of soil you use and how you prepare it. Thankyou
-
Exactly how much faster is it than a traditional soil grow? Standard dwc set ups take you from roots too fruits in 8-10 weeks and they as a rule are way bigger than soil endeavors given the same amount of time... Numbers and facts only.

Modular hydro could this AIT method in a 29x20 city pickers patio container let me know Thanks

If people are going to use air injection and pay the extra electricity, why not just use DWC and go all the way? Wet messy soil seems to be a loose medium.. Just not understanding what benefit you get from this technique..
