A Treatise on Humidors; Part 9 in 'How To Grow Tobacco' Series
Tips, Tricks
I know this sounds dull, but I try to keep it fast and interesting. At very least its informative and is necessary info for the upcoming rolling videos; So stay with me on this one!!! ***Sorry for the curve ball for those who viewed the first version of this. I decided to re-film and re-upload within minutes of the original. I wasn't "feeling-it" with the first one, this version is a little more up-beat. Lopoleon, feel free to comment again!

you should really take the cellophane off the cigars. it's better for the cigars like that.

Yes, it looks uniform and ideal, its due to the superior fermentation methods in fermentation barns and compost heaps, it takes thousands of plants to get just one heap going so this is out of our reach as a home grower. However the texture, thickness, workability is the same. In fact if you take a look at a boutique quality cigar and peel off just a bit of wrapper leaf, you will see it is thinner than phone book paper and very delicate.

@SurfMonkeyCoconut Yeah, you're probably right, but what I don't understand is that in all the professional videos of rolling the tobacco they use looks almost like leather.

I think I made it look harder than it really is. In hindsight, it is really simple once you get the hang of it!
