I planted my Otto Quast Lavender plant in October of 2008. I haven't really spent anytime pruning or taking care of it because I was working. I just retired and want to be outside more, I was going to prune it today, made a few chops and then decided to check out the internet. When I have a plant that is over 3 years old is it o.k. to prune it down almost to the bottom ? Your video for 1 yr and 2 yr pruning was very helpful, except I should have checked you out a few years ago. Eugene, OR
