Hello Sarah, Do you wash lavender before drying it? I am living in a country and its very dusty outside - would it be better to wash flowers before drying or NOT? Thank you in advance for your answer

Hi! So, do you need to trim the lavender off BEFORE the bees get to it and then it loses it's bright purple color?? Or can you dry it either way??
