Thank you for the video. You caught me at "trying other people's regimen" and that alone really got me from time to time. I had a proper regimen sorted out until I saw 1 youtube video of someone else's regimen then my hair started falling off. I had a leave in that worked then I saw something I thought was better but then it failed me :( Never again. Thanks for the tip!
