here's a few suggestions for how to treat african american hair
Ensure you take sufficient vitamins (A,B,C,D, and E all help keep hair healthy)
Take sufficient Calcium and Zinc.
Do Not wash your hair too often
Trim your hair a small amount every couple of months
Use plenty of conditioner

Quick question, i have 3cish 3b hair. My hair is so so greasy. I will wash it and three days later it will be greasy, i cant apply most oils because my hair will become an oily mess. What should i do?
