It's too cold here for growing year round, but we just bought a 4' grow light and are setting up the worm room as a grow room as well. We're getting ahead on it, little by little. Thanks for all of your videos and for the inspiration.

Iceberg lettuce has ZERO nutrients anyway

I love how informative your videos are. Sometimes you get a bit longwinded, but I always learn a lot

john, so there is no right and wrong in gardening? a dubious statement if you ask me

I have a couple of reasons to try it: 1. I love the stuff; crispier and sweeter than most other stuff, and plenty of roughage. 2. I've tried Romaine and some leaf variety with "butter" in its name with less-than-stellar results. Gotta try the iceberg next year.

Hi John, I totally with you. Why grow things you can buy in the shops. Expand your thinking open your minds to new things. Try different stuff the taste is different with every vegetable you grow even if it's in the same family. Okay too grow some veggies you can buy compare flavour too shop bought ones. But grow as natural as possible so you can taste the real flavour of what your growing. Not some chemical crap you can buy. Thanks for another great video bye...

I get mixed organic greens or red cabbage or spinach at my local stores :-)

Your URL for your T-Shirts is wrong. You might wanna fix it.

I like the information, but you chatter about other stuff way too much. This video is 11 minutes long with about 3 minutes of useful information. :(

Hi john
I watch all your videos and like every video you post. You have a unique style. I have learned a lot form you. What's lacking in your videos are organic pest control. I would be grateful if you could post videos about pest problems I tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, beans and other green leafy vegetables and how to control them organically instead of using sevin powder or spray.
Thanks. -
